-Retention cannot be guaranteed

-Lost or detached gems are replaced free of charge within 7 days.

Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours. This is due to chair time reserved and tooth gems ordered specifically for the patient. Rescheduling is permitted within 30 days of original appointment date.

A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure a tooth gem appointment.

-The deposit is deducted from the total treatment fee

-Appointments are confirmed only once the deposit is received

-Tooth gems are ordered specifically per patient once the booking is confirmed

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the full deposit

-Tooth gem removal is not included in the original application fee.

-Removal must be performed professionally to minimise risk to enamel

-Self-removal or third-party removal is strongly discouraged

The practice is not liable for enamel damage, sensitivity, or complications resulting from:

-Self-removal

-Removal by another provider

A separate removal fee will apply.
